so this days i am getting more into the conceptual face of things. i really enjoy this process and now i am going out for it. you start finding forms withing form and eventually you can come up with interesting things. enjoy it and look forward to more stuff!!

so where do we start. ?? i decided to try a new program call paintool sai. which i felt in love with. it has some nice featuers and its simple and straight forward. i wanted to keep pushing my skillset and when i saw this starwar character i had to go with it. and here is it. hope everyone likes it. and if you have any questions about this new awesome program just let me know. :) i forgot to mention that you can also mix paint withtin the program. and it has that oil painting feeling. !!!

well this is defently something new. one of my good friends told me about this program call Paint tool SAI and i downloaded . and i think it is so straight forward and to the point. not only it feels like you painting with oils. but you can also mix them as well. so far i think i am doing a good. job. the only critique i have is that i can not control the shape of my brush, maybe there are updates or ways to do so and i am not aware of it. anyhow i wanted to share the bit of progress i have done. although i have a long way to go. but don't all paintings take time. anyway. here it is and let me know what you guys think.

hey guys. well i think i got really far and i am pretty happy where this concept stands. there were so many other things i would of love to put in but you have to know when to stop and when to keep going. if i feel this needs more i would comeback to it. but for now i can call it finish. :) i hope u guys like it as much as i do. thanksss!!

its been some time since the last time i have posted another illustration piece. but i wasnt doing nothing. instead i was learning a new way of art, the 3d way of it. and i decided to work on a painting i had to put on hold because of school . now i am back painting and creating new ways to view art. and here is a little progress of this piece that hopeofully will be one the ones i'm proud of. thanks.

polypainting at the max!

hey guys. i know i havnt updated my blog in a while.. ! and ther are still things i havn't put up. but i had the need to update this work in progress that i am currently working on. and it feels good to paint. in zbrush. this piece i am workin on is a been done with polypaint. and it is a hobbyist house. my friend odel modeled it and i ask him to borrow so i can create all the textures on it. i think this piece has show me a lot of things i used to see in video games. and now i feel fully capable of creating. check it out and hope you enjoy it as much as i do. and by the way i will load up a video of how i went about doing this piece of artwork :)

water goddess

this next piece was an entry for an concept art competition, we basicly had to choose a theme and execute it from beginning to ending, it was tough and a lot of changes went to this, i think the hardest part about a piece of artwork is the starting and sure enough up to today it is still a big challenge. i got to say i got to experiment with color moods and play around with water which up to today i still didn't have a chance to play with. this piece opened up a lot of opportunities for me becuase i did thing that i havn't done before and the only way to keep getting better as an artist is to take risk. and that exactly what i did.

Gerome's reproduction

all i got to say its been a long time since the last time i posted. but slowly i am goin to keep you guys update with all the stuff going on as of right now. i did this reproduction of one of my favorite painters, Gerome. i got to say i had tonsss of fun doing this painting and it was a great growing experience. learned tons about color and how to convey a focus point, and keep everything unified.

this piece is digital and i am gettin very comfortable with this medium. thanks!!!!
